Superman: Escape from Krypton is the towering launch coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain. This coaster originally opened in 1997 as the world's tallest and fastest coaster. Back then, it was known as Superman: The Escape. The ride was renovated in 2011 to Superman: Escape from Krypton. The ride was repainted and the riders were launched backwards. Then in 2021, the park decided to have the left side go forwards again while the right side would go backwards. But is the ride safe long term? Find out in this review!
