Quick, easy and refreshing homemade Dahi Bhalla recipe. I used Besan (gram flour) to make this dahi baray. It's a must-have Ramadan recipe and ideal snack food.
Recipe:
Bhalla Mixture:
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1-2 pinch of Salt
- 1/2 to 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Yogurt Mixture:
- 3/4 to 1/2 cup Water
- Yogurt (As required, I used 1.5 cups)
- Milk (As required, I used 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Sugar (adjust accordingly)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala or 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- Chopped onions (optional)
- Sauces of Choice
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
