Strengthening can be helpful in reducing both pain and tightness 😇

It’s important to reduce front of the hip tightness to make walking easier ✅
Modify as needed. Repetition ranges are purely suggestions. This exercise should not increase pain- so if it does modify accordingly. ⚠️
