A republic of Congo army general is calling for a campaign of "civil disobedience" to reject official results showing that President Denis Sassou Nguesso has won re-election. Congo's interior minister announced in Brazzaville Thursday that Sassou Nguesso won more than 60% of the vote in Sunday’s election, making a runoff vote unnecessary. VOA’s Linord Moudou reports.
