Irisan lemon dan jeruk nipis itu sekedar untuk plating [penyajian], jika saat penyimpanan di kulkas, harap irisan lemon dan jeruk nipisnya disimpan secara terpisah ya. Karena kalau dicemplungin ke asinannya, maka kuah asinan jadi rawan pahit.
ASINAN BUAH SEGAR
BAHAN-BAHAN
1 Ikat Rambutan atau sekitar 50 buah rambutan, kupas, sisihkan
Sesuai selera nanas, kupas potong daging nanas sesuai selera [bisa diskip]
400 ml air
3 sdm gula pasir [suka manis boleh ditambah ya]
½ buah jeruk nipis, peras dan ambil airnya [bisa diganti 1 sdm air asam Jawa atau secukupnya air cuka]
BUMBU YANG DIHALUSKAN [DIBLENDER JUGA BOLEH]
3 buah cabai rawit, sesuai selera
4 buah Cabai merah besar, sesuai selera
10 buah cabai merah keriting, sesuai selera
Sejumput garam, sesuai selera
GARNISH
Irisan buah lemon atau jeruk nipis, opsional

The slices of lemon and lime are just for plating, so when storing the pickles in the refrigerator, keep the lemon and lime slices separately stored. Because if it's dipped into the pickles, then the pickled sauce tends to be bitter.
PICKLED FRUITS
INGREDIENTS
A bunch of Rambutan or about 50 pcs. of Rambutans, peeled, set aside
1-2 pineapples, cut as to taste
400 ml of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
½ lime juice [can be replaced with 1 tablespoon of Javanese acidic water or vinegar ]
BLENDED SPICES
3 pcs. of cayenne, according to taste
4 large red chili fruits, to taste
10 curly red chilies, to taste
A pinch of salt, according to taste
FOR GARNISH
Sliced lemon or lime, optional
