A fabulous and unusual antique opal and diamond ring conversion piece, which was originally an Edwardian brooch. At the centre point of the ring is a beautiful opal with a light base and fiery play of colour. Surrounding the round opal are five, small bezel set diamonds set in 9ct yellow gold. The gold used here and on the shank, is a lighter yellow gold which complements the diamonds and opal. This opal and diamond ring is a perfect example of why we love repurposing antique and vintage jewellery into more wearable, bespoke and unique pieces of jewellery.
