Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
2 green onion
4 oz shrimp
1/2 cup carrots
Snow peas boiled with salt water and ice bath
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
White pepper
1 tbsp Corn starch slurry ( 1 tbsp corn starch with 2-3 tbsp water)
