Structural composition
- Main machine: Contains basic components such as frame, large base plate, bottom mold, ejector, gantry press, etc., to provide stable support and basic positioning for hemming operation; also includes positioning and clamping components such as inner and outer plate positioning devices, limit devices, brackets, clamping devices, etc., to ensure that the workpiece is accurately positioned and firmly fixed during the hemming process; in addition, the hemming part composed of several hemming assemblies is the core component, each assembly has a pre-hemming module and an hemming module, which is responsible for the specific hemming operation of the round table edge.
- Hydraulic station: Provides power source for the entire hemming process, and pressurizes the hydraulic oil through the hydraulic pump and delivers it to various actuators, such as hydraulic cylinders, to drive the movement of the hemming mold, thereby realizing the hemming actions such as bending and curling of the round table edge.
- Electrical control cabinet: As the control center of the equipment, it is equipped with various electrical components and controllers, such as PLC, relays, contactors, etc., which are used to control the start and stop of the hydraulic system, pressure regulation, and the action sequence and parameter settings of the hemming machine to realize automated hemming operation.
Working principle
The automatic hydraulic round table hemming machine sends instructions through the electrical control cabinet to start the hydraulic station, and the hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and delivers it to the corresponding hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder generates thrust or pulling force under the action of the hydraulic oil, driving the pre-wrapping module and the hemming module of the hemming mold to move according to the preset program and trajectory. First, the pre-wrapping module performs preliminary bending and positioning on the edge of the round table, and then the hemming module further applies pressure to curl or bend the edge tightly into the desired shape to complete the hemming process. During the whole process, the positioning clamping device always keeps the workpiece stable to ensure the hemming accuracy.
