Structural composition

Working principle
The automatic hydraulic round table hemming machine sends instructions through the electrical control cabinet to start the hydraulic station, and the hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and delivers it to the corresponding hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder generates thrust or pulling force under the action of the hydraulic oil, driving the pre-wrapping module and the hemming module of the hemming mold to move according to the preset program and trajectory. First, the pre-wrapping module performs preliminary bending and positioning on the edge of the round table, and then the hemming module further applies pressure to curl or bend the edge tightly into the desired shape to complete the hemming process. During the whole process, the positioning clamping device always keeps the workpiece stable to ensure the hemming accuracy.
