Always use proper coolant in ANY engine or the final result is visible in this short video.
If in doubt which coolant is appropriate consult the engine manual or manufacturer.
If plain water is used, especially tap water, the engine will slowly but surely corrode away and be filled with calcium deposits, clogging radiators, heat exchangers and ultimately fail.

Dont use tap water , always use demineralized water with proper coolant mixture.
