VinSyst Digital Bottle Cap Torque Testers VBT Series is an intelligent metrological instrument designed specially for detecting and calibrating the Torsion of Opening & Closing Torque of ALL Bottle Caps, Push & Twist Caps and Child Resistant Closures.
Over Torque Force would bring great difficulties to open and winding up of bottle cap and thus reduce the convenience. In-Sufficient Torque Force will affect the seal performance of the container, and further result in the leakage during transportation.
Method of Operation
Bottle is gripped in the Vice on the Tester and the Cap is rotated by hand in anti-clockwise (Opening Torque) and clockwise (Closing Torque) direction.
