What does Chaos Ruler, the Chaotic Magical Dragon do? Chaos Ruler, the Chaotic Magical Dragon is a super generic Synchro monster, meaning it can be splashed in loads of decks.
That's one thing, but he has two powerful effects. He sends the top five cards of your deck to the graveyard, adding one light or one dark. He can also summon himself from the graveyard by banishing a light and a dark, so can be recycled super easily.
This gives an insane advantage to decks like Tearlaments who thrive in the grave.
I wonder if we will ever see Chaos Ruler, the Chaotic Magical Dragon come off the banlist any time soon?
