This is a demo of the DeepInfer model for white matter hyperintensities (WMH) lesions segmentation in FLAIR and T1 MRIs. The model was trained on 60 patients from 3 centers and was tested on an unseen set of 100 patients from 5 centers.
The deployed model is the solution of team k2 to the MICCAI 2017 WMH challenge ([ Ссылка ]). The performance of this model on the test set was 0.77 dice score.
