For this third lesson, we talk about the basic principles that guide CRRT therapy. These principles are the foundation for how our therapy works and enables us to mimic the job of the nephron. The 4 principles are, diffusion, ultrafiltration, convection, and adsorption. I go through, thoroughly explaining what each principle is and how it impacts the therapy we provide to our patients.
