A brazen charity box thief was pinned up against the wall by a shopkeeper moments after slyly swiping a plastic jar full of money. Roland Berzobskis calmly entered a garage in Derby before appearing to hand over money to the man behind the counter. But while the shopkeeper's back was turned Berzobskis reached up and swiped a charity box, before making his way to the exit. He is followed out by the shop's owner, Ajit Atwal, who spotted the 42-year-old thief stealing the jar. The camera then captures Berzovskis try to cover his tracks by placing the stolen box into a bin on the forecourt of Atwal's Garage in Normanton, Derby. But that act, too, was spotted by former Derby city councillor Mr Atwal, who grabs hold of him and pins him against a wall until police arrive and make an arrest.
