Authorities announced an arrest Friday of a man suspected of setting several fires in Los Angeles' Fairfax District. Delano Thompson, 34, was pulled over by police for speeding in Sunland on Wednesday and was subsequently taken into custody. He was said to be living in his car at the time of his arrest.
