PUT SOME WARM COCONUT WATER & AGAR MIXTURE
FRUITS USED (1/4 CUP EACH)
- PAPAYA
- ORANGE
- POMEGRANATE
- STRAWBERRY
- GREEN GRAPES
- RED GRAPES
- RED APPLE
- GREEN APPLE
PUT REMAINING COCONUT WATER & AGAR MIXTURE
KEEP IT ASIDE 5 MIN. FOR SET
1 CUP COCONUT MILK
2 TABLESPOON SUGAR
1 TEASPOON AGAR AGAR POWDER
MIX UNTIL AGAR AGAR DISSOLVE
PUT THE PAN ON STOVE
WARM UP UNTIL AGAR AGAR & SUGAR DISSOLVE
SPREAD A LAYER OF COCONUT WATER & AGAR MIXTURE
KEEP IT ASIDE 5 MIN. FOR SET
1 CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 TEASPOON AGAR AGAR POWDER
MIX UNTIL AGAR AGAR DISSOLVE
PUT THE PAN ON STOVE
WARM UP UNTIL AGAR AGAR & SUGAR DISSOLVE
SPREAD A LAYER OF ORANGE JUICE & AGAR MIXTURE
**KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 2-3 HOURS
CLEAR THE EDGES
PUT SOME TOOTHPICKS AROUND THE MOULD EDGE
FLIP & REMOVE THE MOULD
