It feels like every time I go to say "Tier VIII Premium Russian cruiser Mikhail Kutuzov is totally fine and should be on sale again", I end up eating a huge plate of crow. This game on Northern Waters isn't abnormally amazing, but it does demonstrate that Kutuzov remains an incredibly strong light cruiser even when bottom-tier. I think more than anything it's her 19+km range that makes her absolutely silly.
