However, the falls can be visited year-round, and they are still worth seeing even when the water levels are lower. The Sultan Mehndi Waterfalls are located about 100 kilometers from Rawalpindi and 150 kilometers from Islamabad. The easiest way to get to the falls is by car. The drive from Rawalpindi takes about 2 hours, and the drive from Islamabad takes about 2.5 hours.
