Former England captain Phil de Glanville has joined the board of the Rugby Football Union.De Glanville, who won 38 England caps between 1992 and 1999, has become the senior RFU representative after His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett's term as Professional Game Board chairman came to an end last month.'This is an exciting time to be involved in the leadership of the game in England,' former Bath centre De Glanville said in a RFU statement.
