Solidworks is a very sophisticated and powerful software package and I cover nearly all aspects of it in my videos which are freely available on YouTube - subscribe to my channel and check them out. There are 240 totorial videos and an additional 40 quick tip videos.
Experience and learn it from the perspective of a first time user... yes this included ALL frustrations, gripes and a lot of cussing that can be expected with such software.
I do hope that software and tutor companies can learn from some of the snags I went through to improve their offerings.
The videos are based on Solidworks 2014 but the info will likely apply to newer versions also from what I have seen.
