A tasty, simple and authentic dish which is everyone’s favorite. It is rich in high quality protein and calcium. We can cook this without frying as a delicious curry with some mangoes in it.
This is an easy dish which can be done in minutes.
What we need!!!!
Dried Sprats 50 gms (Head Removed & Cleaned)
Onion 2 Big (Finely Sliced)
Tomato 1 Big (Sliced)
Green Chilli 2 Chilies Split in the middle
Turmeric ½ Tea Spoon
Chilli Flakes 2 Table Spoon
Curry Leaves Few Leaves
Pandan Leaves Few Leaves
Lemon Juice 1 Table Spoon
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
Method:
Place a pot over medium heat pour in sufficient oil to fry the sprats, fry the sprats and keep it a side.
On to the same pot reduce the oil add finely sliced onion, curry leaves, Pandan Leaves and sauté well.
Add turmeric, and salt mix well.
Add Chilli flakes, Green Chilli & Tomatoes cook well.
Finally add the fried sprats, lemon & combine all together.
Serve this delicious dish warm.
