Families of victims of disappearances express hope for the entry into force of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances. So far 19 countries have signed the convention and only one more country is needed for it to come into force.
The families of victims were speaking at the United Nations in Geneva during an event marking 30 years of the UN Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances.
