My months long journey through Ecuador took me to stay in one of the world's leading sustainable hotels Mashpi Lodge. Tucked into provated forest reserve in the cloud forest it is one of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed at. With waterfalls a plenty, night walks through the forest and more birds then I have ever seen.
