Vanuatu 🇻🇺

It was our last day together with Chloe in Espiritu Santo. We had to come back to Luganville to pick our flights - Brisbane for her and I flew to Tanna Island my last trip in Vanuatu.

Before, we decided to visit the two blue holes Hog Harbour and Riri.

1/ Hog Harbour Blue Hole is located on your way to port Orly after Lonnoc beach. You can easily find it now since they started to construct a bus stop for the tourist. There is an entrance as well for few hundreds Vatu. This blue hole is the wildest one and more natural since the sea water is coming through the blue hole. My favourite with Nanda.

2/ The second one Riri Blue Hole. This is one is really famous for his attractions, such as canoeing, rope jumping, you have a platform to jump and facilities around.

TIPS: Bring your mosquitoes spray cause this blue hole is infected !!! We went in the morning, there were absolutely no one, maybe it was the reason.

Then after finished it, we wanted to hitchhike to Luganville. We found a coconut carrier truck, paid 300VT and here we go, Jumping back on the truck and enjoy the ride !

In Luganville, there are few hostels which are more or less the same price and provide the same quality. Here is the list where you can stay:
- Hibiscus Attraction center
- Tropicana Motel
- Asia Motel
-Unity Park Motel

Not so many stuff to do in Luganville except resorts where you can enjoy the facilities and swimming pool for a day. A canyoning adventure which I heard is nice and scuba diving the shipwreck.

Go to the fruit market to have nice local organic food as well as the street food.

TIPS: You can ask one of the ladies to cook another fish if you go with her to the fish market and pick the one you want. We were down to try the Parrot fish - it was so beautiful and good.

TIPS: By the time I was there, there a disease from New Caledonia with the fish which is called 'La gratte" or the itchy sickness because of some fishes. Some ask before.
