In this playful application, the close connection between robot and PLC is highlighted, so that the robot can be programmed from the PLC itself. Thanks to the KUKA.PLC mxAutomation application package, it is possible to import libraries into the PLC development program to program the robot directly in one of the IEC 611131-3 languages, thus avoiding the need to learn the programming language of KUKA robots.
Compatibility with different PLC manufacturers is guaranteed, such as Siemens, Codesys-based PLCs, Schneider Electric PLCs, B&R PLCs, Lenze PLCs, Mitsubishi NCs and many others.
