This clip is a Ghana television commercial from the government broadcaster, GTV. The commercial is for the new Melcom Plus outlet located in the North Industrial Area of Accra (near Kaneshie).
All Ghanaians are acquanted with Melcom, a variety store that sells budget consumables. The Melcom Plus outlet also hosts small shops in a mall-style setup along the side & back walls of the store, while Melcom occupies the central area.
The commercial doesn't employ any storyline, rather showing scenes from their new outlet to intice customers to go there.
