For the roll:
- 1 kg of ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 purple onion, finely chopped
- 2-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Seasonings to taste:
salt, seasoning blend, pepper, additive-free dried vegetables...
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the filling:
- 6-7 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation:
1. In a suitable bowl, mix together the ground meat, eggs, finely chopped onions, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and then with cling film.
3. Spread the meat mixture evenly in the dish to create a rectangle that measures 30 x 20.
4. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs in a line on one end of the meat.
5. Use the cling film to carefully roll the meat into a log shape and press with your hands to seal the roll.
6. Remove the cling film and brush the roll with olive oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about an hour, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
8. Cut the roll into equal desired pieces just before serving.
Note: The cooking time depends on the size of the roll, so check the inside with a food thermometer or a fork to make sure the meat is well cooked.

3. Smesu sa mesom ravnomerno rasporedite, da se dobije pravougaonik 30 x 20.
4. Jaja poređajte po celoj dužini, na jednom kraju rolata.
5. Pomoću prijanjajuće folije pažljivo uvijte u rolat i rukama pritisnite da se sjedini.
6. Skinite prijanjajuću foliju, premažite rolat sa uljem, pa tepsiju prekrijte alu folijom.
7. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko sat vremena, zatim skinite foliju i zapecite oko 10-15 minuta.
8. Neposredno pre služenja rolat secite na jednake željene komade.
Napomena: Vreme pečenja zavisi od veličine ovala, pa proverite unutrašnjost sa termometrom za hranu ili viljuškom kako biste bili sigurni da je meso dobro ispečeno.
