I've been keeping a daily journal for gratitude and it's been a transformational practice for self-care and mental health. The world is pretty crazy right now and a daily journal for gratitude helps remind me of what's good in my life. The extra bonus is that it helps open me back up to be more understanding and empathetic with others in my family, work, and life.
