eggplant 1
Tomato 1
red chopped onion 1
green chilli 5/6
corriander leaves 1tsp
olive oil 6tbsp
turmaric powder 1tbsp
salt as required
cumin powder 1 tsp
corriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
ginger and garlic powder 1 tsp
hot water one cup
fry fishes
cook on medium heat.
