For the past few years Wacker Neuson has been successful in delivering its electric mini excavator, the EZ17e, into the European market. The 1.7-metric ton machine is a zero-emission solution designed for indoor applications or outdoor construction jobsites where noise and exhaust may be a concern such as an urban location. The machine, which reportedly offers the same performance as its diesel counterpart, is slated to arrive in the North American market in early 2024 as the first step in Wacker Neuson’s unveiling of a larger electric product line-up.
