1. **Nationality**
- Must be a **citizen of Pakistan**.
2. **Gender**
- **Male** candidates are eligible to apply.
3. **Marital Status**
- Must be **unmarried**.
4. **Age Limit**
- For civilians: **16.5 to 21 years**.
- For service candidates (e.g., Armed Forces in-service personnel): **17 to 23 years**.
5. **Educational Qualification**
- **F.Sc (Pre-Engineering)** with at least **60% marks**.
- **A-Level** with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry (equivalence certificate is required from IBCC).
- Candidates with **O-Level** must also submit an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
6. **Physical Standards**

7. **Selection Process**
