These are my latest creation and they sound FANTASTIC! The bass goes down clearly into the 40-45 Hz range. And now, the upper midrange frequency mismatch is fixed. These are NOT powered loudspeakers like my other builds...ie -- they are passive "normal" speakers that require an external amplifier or receiver. The best part...they are portable and VERY lightweight. Power handling is 80 watts max per speaker (4-ohms).
