Ingredients:
Shrimp
1 coconut
1 tbsp coconut jelly
3 tbsp mustard oil
500-gram shrimp
¼ tsp salt
Sauce
¼ tsp turmeric
3 tbsp onion paste
2 garlic clove paste
1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tsp green chili paste
2 tbsp coconut
½ tsp salt
½ cup coconut milk
4 tbsp coconut water
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Cut the top off the coconut and pour out the coconut water into a bowl
2. Scrape out some coconut jelly
3. In a pan, stir fry shrimp in mustard oil, salt, and turmeric for 1 minute
4. Remove shrimp from heat
5. Add onion paste, garlic paste, mustard paste, green chili paste, coconut, salt and coconut milk
6. Stir in water, turmeric and sugar
7. Add back the shrimp and mix well
8. Transfer the dish inside the coconut
9. Seal the coconut with wheat dough and steam for 10 minutes
10. Ready to Enjoy!
