Another soup, what's going on here? This one is a traditional potato soup that I have known for many many years but only recently tried making myself, and I was very happy with the result. This version is vegetarian.
You need:
1 onion
750g potatoes
2 carrots
1 leek
500ml vegetable stock
salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 tablespoon sour cream
vegetarian sausages
