Jane is a master at using the same paint colors for most of her paintings and the same three brushes to create them. With her paint palette, she can create a tropical seascape to a New England fall foliage scene. For example, in this painting, she incorporates seven paint colors that she uses in all her paintings. She then adds three more colors that she uses often. By mixing and combining them, Jane shows you how to create the sky, shadows, greenery and the sand wthout having to purchase a lot of different paint colors to accomplish the desired outcome. Also, she typically uses only three brushes: a 1" angled brush; a 1/2" angled brush for more detailed work; and a small round for signing her name.
