"They were congratulating Shiwon and Ryeowook for turning 21 years old this year (in Korean age) because the 3rd Monday in May which is May 21 this year is "Coming of Age Day" in Korea where they celebrate those who turn 21 that year. They asked about "gi beun" which means as in their feelings about having turned 21 this year."
