Khadge Jr. stated that he never used the incident for political gain. He also emphasised that the actions of the Razakars should not be attributed to the entire Muslim community. The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister had asked Mallikarjun Kharge to tell the world about the Razakar attack on his family.
