Today bench of two judges addressed the petition challenging the disqualification notice by the Deputy speaker. The petition was filed by Rebel MLA Eknath Shinde. Now Supreme court gives Interim Relief to the rebellion MLAs as they halted the action of the deputy speaker till the 12th. In the second petition, the Rebellion MLAs have demanded the security and Alleged death threat in the state of Maharashtra. SC asked State and central governments to provide security to all 39 rebellion Shiv Sena MLAs.
