There's no getting away from the fact that In Body Image Stabilisation is probably one of the best features of modern camera... but it always seems to get tested with how smooth video is with it, not how it benefits photographers!
As the sensor is always stabilised, it means that you can use low shutter speeds and still get crisp images, as the IBIS is dealing with the unsteadiness of your hands!
