3 bell peppers,
1 onion,
3 eggs,
3 cloves of garlic,
a pinch of salt,
a pinch of pepper,
a pinch of salt, a pinch of cheese,
a pinch of coriander.
Instructions:
1. Prepare peppers: Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
2. Crack the eggs into the bell peppers.
3. Add to the bell peppers: 1 clove of garlic, a pinch of cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of coriander.
4. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
