This is one of the short litttle 9.5mm silent film releases from Pathescope in the UK; mostly for use with their popular "Ace" toy cine projector.
Numbered D30554, this 60 foot short, titled "To Ski Or Not To Ski" was released on 9.5mm in June 1949. When I purchased my copy around 1955/56 when I was 10 or 11 years old, the dealer (in Portsmouth Guildhall Square at the tiime), said it was Mr Pastry (the late Richard Hearne). Difficult to tell from this clip.
Pathescope either clipped it from a feature they were distributing on 9.5mm or maybe it came from some Pathe News material (their link with Pathe, gave them free access to Pathe News material - my database says it comes from a Jan 1949 Pathe Gazette .

(Sorry Pathe, if this is a Pathe Gazette clip - this is for research & educational purposes only - I make no money from these uploads!)
