The kettlebell armbar is a versatile exercise for enhancing shoulder and thorax mobility.
Laying on your back, hold a weight in your hand and reach up towards the ceiling with your hand facing away from you. Bring the same side knee towards you so leg is perpendicular and your knee is bent 90 degrees. Your opposite arm should be out towards the side. Begin by reaching up towards the ceiling and rolling onto your side, breathing in as you roll. Make sure to keep the down leg as straight as possible. Exhale as you return to the starting position.
