Pope Francis has received the credentials of the new Russian Ambassador to the Holy See. This appointment comes as Moscow's foreign ministry suggested it would be ready for a second meeting with the Pope's special envoy for Ukraine. Cardinal Matteo Zuppi also just returned from China. There, he addressed the war in Ukraine as part of high-level meetings in the Communist country. EWTN Vatican Bureau Chief, Andreas Thonhauser, joins to tell us more about the new Russian Ambassador and his meeting with Pope Francis. Thonhauser discusses how briefly before this appointment, Russia's Foreign Minister said Moscow was ready to continue conversations with the Vatican. He also shares how Cardinal Matteo Zuppi has also just returned from China and whether there was any concrete outcome of this visit to China.
