In this video I will tell you my story about an Astral Projection Alien Encounter! Or was it an abduction after all?

#AstralProjection is one of the most intriguing activities one can experience while on a spiritual path. The same techniques that allow a meditator to clear their mind, are the same steps in most astral projection techniques!

There will be debate, I am sure, about whether this would be considered Astral Projection or Astral Travel. The quick differentiator would be that #AstralTravel is only your etheric self doing the traveling… without the form of a body. Astral Projection would have the form of a body in the projections…
