Areas at the Coast, Nairobi, North Eastern and Eastern Kenya are likely to experience flooding due to rainfall from March to May this year.
And despite the expectation that countries in the greater Horn of Africa will experience rainfall during that season, 27.5 million people in the region now face starvation due to prolonged drought.
