Smoked at 300 until 175 internal temperature, then sauced and wrapped in butcher paper. Placed back in smoker until 195 internal temperature.

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp butter
