Timestamps are below. Get the railgun for free before R* decides to patch it. The railgun is not yet released but is part of the Drug Wars DLC. All you'll need to do to get it for free is launch the bookmarked Deathmatch called "0 Lucky 7." You will need at least one additional player to launch the deathmatch. Remember to change your appearance to force a save in order to save the railgun before you leave the session.
