What we eat and what we are nourished with,definitely helps in regulating sleep much better. Daily routine is very important.Your meal timings ,snack timings and work out timings need to be regular.Eat at least 3 to 4 hours before sleep. Include easy to digest foods like fruits and avoid fatty and heavy protein foods.Include healthy fats like nuts ,flax seeds and filtered oils to trigger hormones that induces good sleep.
