The Duke Humfrey’s building at the Bodleian Library of the University of Oxford was used for scenes from the Hogwarts School Library’s Restricted section. They have very strict rules about not bringing flames into the library. Despite this, the filmmakers were the first ever to break this law in hundreds of years.
