Multi award winning embroiderer Claire Edwards talks us through her beautiful detailed creations starting with her iconic, heavily beaded Phoenix Dress called ‘Rising from the Ashes’. Her latest collection, based on coral oceans, features delicate beadwork and unconventional materials such as concrete and resin. Claire’s work has been acknowledged with a number of awards including the prestigious award from Hand & Lock plus two awards from the Bradford Textile Society.
